Student Parliament
Student Leadership is changing at the Link Academy.
Student Parliament gives every learner a voice in shaping our school. It is a student-led system where ideas, opinions and feedback from across the academy are shared and turned into real actions. Learners begin by electing Form Representatives, who gather views from their tutor groups. These ideas form our student Voice, which is then taken forward by our Members of Parliament (MPs). MPs work together to turn ideas into projects, events and improvements across the school.
Our cabinet of Senior MPs leads key areas such as rewards, environment and student experience, helping to organise and deliver initiatives. At the top, our joint Prime Ministers represent the academy at important events and support the wider work of Student Parliament. Student Parliament helps learners develop confidence, leadership skills and a sense of responsibility, while making sure every student has the chance to be heard.
Your voice. Your ideas. Your school.
